Rose and Sargent are an independently owned company that started trading in 1992. The owner, David Rose saw a gap in the local Daventry market for a more customer focused approach to the industry. Shortly after opening, Rose and Sargent quickly became the town’s leading Estate Agent and proceeded to open branches in both Rugby and Long Buckby, giving customers more coverage than any other local independent agent. Both the Rugby and Long Buckby offices flourished under this focused approach and are now also leading agents in their respective areas.
